3. Intellectual Property Rights Notice
Ownership of Assets: All brand assets, including the brand name "Ladakh Bites", logo designs, artistic trade dress, packaging graphics, website source code, visual design, marketing collateral, and original product photography, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ladakh Bites / Sonam Phuntsog.
Prohibited Use: No individual, commercial enterprise, or entity is permitted to scrape, copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our visual imagery or brand content without explicit, written legal consent. Unauthorized reproduction or misleading use of the Ladakh Bites mark constitutes trademark and copyright infringement under Indian law and will attract immediate civil and criminal legal proceedings.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Legal Notice, the operation of the website, transactions executed via our platforms, and any contractual disputes arising between Ladakh Bites and customers or vendors shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Subject to statutory dispute resolution procedures, any legal proceedings, consumer court claims, or litigations shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent judicial courts located in Leh, Union Territory of Ladakh, India.
