At Ladakh Bites, each order is freshly packed and dispatched directly from our facility in the high Himalayas to ensure authentic quality, taste, and freshness.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Processing Time: All orders are verified, inspected, and packed within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt (Monday through Saturday, excluding national and UT holidays).

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST on business days are queued for same-day packing.

Dispatch Location: All shipments originate directly from Leh, Ladakh and Delhi.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience charge of ₹40 applies to COD orders to cover courier cash-handling fees.
