While we maintain rigorous quality standards, subtle variations in color, size, texture, and taste may occur between seasonal batches and are considered normal characteristics of natural food items.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and packaging dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging visuals may slightly vary due to continuous design upgrades.

3. Orders, Payments & Invoicing

Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or SMS does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline your order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock depletion, courier serviceability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity).

Payment Gateways: Online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Cashfree). Ladakh Bites does not store sensitive card or bank login credentials on its servers.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders are subject to address and phone verification before dispatch. We reserve the right to restrict COD options for pin codes where courier delivery performance is unreliable or for accounts with past unverified return histories.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Location: All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our facility in Leh, Ladakh.

Timelines: While standard transit times across India typically range from 4 to 9 business days, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to extreme high-altitude weather conditions, road closures, or regional transit restrictions beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses and active phone numbers. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect contact information or repeated recipient unavailability.

5. Health, Nutritional & Superfood Disclaimer

Products offered by Ladakh Bites—including raw Seabuckthorn pulp and Pure Ladakhi Shilajit—are natural foods and traditional dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Information provided on our website regarding traditional Himalayan superfoods is strictly for informational and educational purposes. Individuals who are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or under medical supervision should consult a qualified physician before using concentrated extracts like Shilajit.
